The Olive Network
Privacy notice
We collect very little, and we keep it carefully. This notice sets out what we hold, what it is for, and how to change your mind.
When you join the network
We keep your name and email address so you have a place here and so other members can find you. Your password is held by our sign-in system and is never visible to us.
When you join the mailing list
We keep your email address only to write to you about the Olive Network. You can leave the list at any time, and we will not pass your address on to anyone else.
What stays private
The stories you save, your library, your gallery and the messages between you and your friends are private to you. They stay that way unless you choose to share them, and a share link shows only what you shared.
What is visible to others
Your name and profile are visible to other members of the network. Anything you post publicly — a story, a note in the Agora, a feed post — is public in the usual way.
Your choices
You can leave the mailing list at any time, or ask us to correct or remove your details altogether — just write to us.
Write to us
For anything about your details, write to roger@olivenetwork.org.
